Subject: Match Finder not working

Nothing seems to be working for me today. I tried using the Match Finder,
set as follows:

Surnames: Exact Match
Given Names: Same First Letter x 3
Birth Date: Within 2 years

This resulted in a lot of matches that didn't look right, e.g.:

REED, Alice Elizabeth
SCHWARZ, Helen Claudia

They have the same married name and birth year, but their first names don't
match on the first 3 letters. So I changed the Given Names option to Exact
Match. Same result. Added same number of children (Alice=5, Helen=2).
Same result. It didn't matter what options I chose-- I always got the same
result. Does the Match Finder work for anyone else?
