We are getting really diss-illusioned with the program now, every time
there's an update it appears that another problem rears it's ugly head.

We've spent all day on a 14 x 2 chart trying to get it right, now I dare say
that some of the problems are down to our lack of expertise. Owing to us not
being able to create the chart to the customers specifications we tried it
in just plain B & W and selected the fit page option by setting the page
size. Everything appeared normal but as always some of the names were split
in half, Christo on one line and pher on another, where on the same line
there is a longer name that is not split so we are at a loss to know why
this is, this means we have to physically check every box on the chart to
ensure it's correct, no mean task when there are almost 900 of them in this
case. That's when another another problem rears it's ugly head, after
adjusting a couple of dozen boxes by stretching the box borders so that the
name appears all together on the same line of text all of a sudden every
piece of text on the chart jumps to a larger font size and invariably it's
outside the box borders. We then have to close the program and start all
over again.

As far as we are aware we were the first commercial printer of large charts
to use the program and we were singing the programs praises when it first
came out but some of the charting features are now sadly lacking and appear
to have gone off the rails, is it the updates that are messing things up.
Every chart we have ever printed (and there's been a few hundred) we've had
the problem of cut off names but this latest increasing of font size while
adjusting the box border size is a new one. We would appreciate you having a
look Bill.

Kind regards,
