I'm not exactly clear what you want for output and how you've set the options
but different colours for Primary Name and Spouse Name via the Style-tab is
honoured. Remember that the Spouse-name is differently coloured from Primary
when they both appear in the *one* box. The spouse in a separate box is
considered as Primary in his/her own box.
