Hi Michel,

I have the "previously referenced witness" check working correctly in
3.1.11, so qualifiers on the [W] tag will not prevent the [WWR] code from
correctly including only witness names that haven't yet appeared.

Regarding full names: I'll implement [WWR+] as well.

Already implemented in 3.1.11: a way for [WW] and [WWR] to distinguish
between witness lists having only one name and witness lists with two or
more names...
