Hi Wim,

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I think I have a good grasp of the
underlying stuff :)

I started a "how to search for..." page a while ago, but it all seemed so
very straightforward I didn't continue past the very easiest of searches
(see http://www.zog.org/genbox/index.htm). There's no layout or anything,
but if that kind of page could be useful to anyone I'll gladly continue
writing stuff.

I broke (well, "pulverised" is more accurate) a couple of vertebrae a few
weeks ago, so I don't really have a lot of other things to do right now
anyway :)

Hi Debbie,

Great initiative. I agree with you that a support-site hosted outside
genbox.com is a stronger indication of an enthousiastic user base.

I've been brooding on how to tackle the queries-faq, especially the
underlying basics etc. The last part is exceeding my capabilities I'm
afraid. In most cases it's trial and error until something 'clicks' with me
too. I suppose I will just provide some "How to search for ..." examples.

Almost a year ago I've made a "How to clean up the places-table" with an
attempt to explain the basics of this table. I will check this document and
see if it needs some improvements etc.

I suppose you are you planning to create html-pages, preferable with some
screenshots in jpg- or png-format?

Feel free to edit my contributions any way you like. I'm sure they can be
greatly improved.

Gr. Wim
