Don - What you are asking for is something similar to the Birth-Childbirth
event in that you want an "event" created for the witness when s/he is added
to an Event for a different principal.

But isn't the fact that you witnessed an event also an event in its own
right? If you witness my death, the death event belongs to me, not you.
But the witnessing of it belongs to you, not me. In the chronology of
events in *your* life, witnessing my death may be of great importance. I
may have married your high school sweetheart; now she's free. So
shouldn't your witnessing of my death appear on your Events Tab?
Especially when the significance of an event does not appear on the
summary tab, and the only way to get a view of the contents or
importance of events is to step through the events on the Events Tab?
