Bill, et al,

I am striving for guru status, but falling quite short in this area. Would
appreciate any help or input from anyone on this list.

Say that I create a series of Research Targets for Death Events on a group
of people that died in the exciting naval port of call, Bayonne, New Jersey.
In an effort to locate source information surrounding each individual's
death, I create Searches, which are sub-records of the Research Target. For
the sake of argument, let's say that I define a Search for their obituary,
which will target the repository of the Bayonne Public Library. I will also
define a Search for each of the Targets to check the Bayonne City Hall for
death records, making Bayonne City Hall the repository for those searches.

Now I have several Research Targets, each with two Searches: One in the
Bayonne Public Library and the other at Bayonne City Hall. When I travel to
Bayonne, my goal is to produce a list or report of what I need to do at each
repository. Since Searches are sub records of Targets (like Events are sub
records of Individuals), I have no way of accessing and filter a List of
Searches (but wish I could).

The only way I have found to attempt to create such a list is with a
Research Target Report that Filters the sub record of Search Repository.

If I filter for Search Repository "Bayonne Public*" with Multiple Searches
set to All, I get a subset of Research Targets that have ALL of their
Searches at the Bayonne Public Library, which would include none of those in
my example.

If I filter for Search Repository "Bayonne Public*" with Multiple Searches
set to 1, I get a subset of Research Targets that have ONE of their Searches
at the Bayonne Publish Library, but ONLY if it is the FIRST Search in the
sub record order, which may or may not include any of those in my example.
If the Library is not the repository for the FIRST Search, I don't seem to
have any way of accessing the record of the Search in a report.

How can I get to these buried Searches?
