Hi Donna,

Then I'm afraid there is something wrong in the ninth generation 'forward':
for instance a child that is his own parent or his parent's parent etc.
Try File > Repair / Compact, Check Links, and Refresh Data. Also run Tool >
Problem Spotter. If you can't find it that way, try different reports or
charts to try to identify the problem.
