Randy - If you want to exclude some people, then maybe you don't want an
"Everyone" chart in the first place. But you could create an Attribute Flag
and tick it for those people you do not want in the chart. Then run a query
that includes only those people with the Exclude attribute checked. Save
that Query. Then run a second query where the Individuals are Not in the
List (instructions were posted on this in the past 4 days or so). Save the
second list and use that list for people to include in the list.

Or you can create the chart and then delete people from the chart.

That is one reason why I don't add a bunch of nonrelated people to my
dataset (besides which is just bloats the file) and then attach them as
witnesses. If I want to include their names on an event, say the witnessing
of a will, I use the General Notes field. I try to keep my dataset only for
people who are related by birth/adoption and not have every Tom, Dick, and
Harry who lived in the neighborhood and who happened to witness various
events/acts in my data. But that is a matter of personal preference.

Another newbie question for all of you...when printing out an EVERYONE
chart -- is there anyway to exclude non related witnesses from the chart?

Thanks,
Randy
