Hi
I did have problems trying to install the new patch. Using Windows XP Home edition. Had the following error message.
This program cannot update the installed version of Genbox Family History because of the following reason:
C:Program Files Genbox Family History\Genbox.exe: unknown version

It created a file under C:\windows Prefetch
I deleted this file.
Downloaded and installed full version without any problem.
