Cheri and Bill,

FYI, I'm trying the same settings you are describing, but I am not seeing
the line you refer to.

Bill - I don't have the line on the Pedigree-Basic. But on the Pedigree-6
Generation I get the line for every page for any starting individual. I
have tried both the Fill-in Pedigree and the Pedigree layouts and see the
same weird line. If I reset all of the defaults, the line disappears. Now
that I have restored the defaults and made most of the changes that I had
previously made, I can't replicate the problem BUT I do notice that when I
change the font to Comic Sans (my favorite) alignment of text in
relationship to the boxes is out of kelter and the names no longer rest on
the lines. Sigh.

Ok, ok, I got it (after more experimenting). When you set the Number of
Generations to Show on the Key tab to 6, you get the funky line.

Hi Cheri,

I'm not seeing the line in my testing (I got your screenpic--thanks)

Does it occur on every page of a 6-generation pedigree, regardless of
starting individual/database?

Does it occur with the basic set of report options?

Thanks,
