Hi Denise e.a.

I think the Attributes are first sorted alphabetically on the "Attribute
type" name and subsequently in the order in which they were entered (their
recordnr.). Attributes are supposed to be a "characteristic of a person that
can persist over an extended period of time, such as sex, physical
description, national origin, and occupation" according to the helpfile.
Some of these will ofcourse stay 'fixed' during someones life. I think this
is the reason Bill left out a chronological sorting order because of this
"extended period of time". Other 'attributes' may alter though, so it seems
logical to have a chronological sorting facility as well. I would like to
have it sort alphabetically on the Attribute name *first* though: this way
all "Occupations" for instance are grouped together. On the Summary-tab you
can view someones 'chronology' in more detail than on the attributes-tab.
