Sally - Have you been able to use the Text tool to add text to an existing
box? I only seem to be able to use it if I don't want to add to an existing
box, but I haven't played with it too much. Have you adjusted the font
size? Cheri

Kathy,
I'm sorry but I should have said that I had tried that and as you say it
does work as long as you don't want any of the normal contents of the Legend
box. I'm hoping for an 'as well as' solution, Just have to copy and paste
from Word I suppose.
Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the number of characters in a
line when using the Text tool on a Chart ? I only seem able to get 13 'a's
before starting a new line.

Sally
