Debbie, et al - I am unable to restore. GB acts like it is restoring but
when you go to the directory to open the file, there is nothing there! Yet,
when you try to restore a second time, you get a message box (with corrupted
text, boxes replace many of the characters) and tell it "yes," the same
thing happens. There is no restored file at all that can be opened.

I'm not panicking yet . . . but I am getting close. Think I will go run and
look at some new computer monitors to take my mind off this situation.
