When someone tells me "off," I think that means off. Similar to the meaning

Cheri,

When she says "have endnotes checked off" I think she means "have endnotes
selected." So there should be a check in the box for endnotes. Likewise,
General Notes should be selected to display in text. (The setup I use has
General Notes for Events selected to display in text.)
