Wim - I figured out that you had to define which events you want as Basic.
Unfortunately, I did what you did and goofed and now have a problem
unselecting some events. I am sure this will get fixed.

No, I don't have gridlines on the summary page. Only on my lists. I have
checked each box separately and don't get the display and I have ticked both
boxes and still only get the Lists with gridlines. And I asked for this way
back when I first started using the program. Now that I am getting a
19-inch monitor I will need them more than ever but they don't want to work
for me.

Hi CheriC,

You first have to define which events you consider "basic". This can be done
on the Events-template view. Read my other post too: I had by accident set a
wrong event as basic and am unable to untick that. It seems the same is true
for the "Hidden"-option.

Re gridlines: don't your events on the summary-page have gridlines after you
checked one of the boxes?
