Hi Bill,
I am using Windows XP Home on a Sony PCG-FX501 lap top. If by resizing the
Summary tab, it is meant to try to adjust the width of the columns labelled
Event, Date, Place, (and Children, Sex, Birth) then I too get the double
headed arrows with a vertical line between them. Drag it/them a la Windows
standard and then like a rubber band it/they return(s) so that the columns
return to their original width. I too cannot see the point of creating the
double headed arrows if a width change is implied. <grin>
A case of total elasticity. What we need is plasticity!
I am using version 3.0.25. I assume that 3.1 will be the same?
I hope that helps.
Best wishes,
Phil.
