Paul,

It's acting just like you describe. I get the little vertical "railroad"
symbol when I move the cursor over the column boundary line. Left clicking
to drag the boundary doesn't do anything. It worked correctly until, I
think, build 118.

| With 3.0.25 dated 18 Jul 03, I cannot change column widths by dragging
