Thanks Beth for the lookup. What you sent tells me what I am seeing when
you have more than 2 authors is slightly messed up.

Bill, this might be something you want to look at. Here's what I'm getting
(going to use the actual author's names here)

This is what I entered with Author chosen as type (has a comma before and):
Janes K. Wollard, Delma (Kincheloe) Ashcraft, and Kenneth Laurent

Results:
Primary cit:
Janes K. Wollard, Delma (Kincheloe) Ashcraft, and Kenneth Laurent,
Secondary cit:
Ashcraft and Laurent,
Bib:
Ashcraft, Janes K. Wollard, Delma (Kincheloe), and Kenneth Laurent.

Slightly different format entered with Author chosen as type once again
(doesn't have a comma before and):
Janes K. Wollard, Delma (Kincheloe) Ashcraft and Kenneth Laurent

Results:
Prim. cit:
Janes K. Wollard, Delma (Kincheloe) Ashcraft and Kenneth Laurent,
Sec. cit:
Wollard and Laurent,
Bib:
Wollard, Janes K., Delma (Kincheloe) Ashcraft and Kenneth Laurent.

The second version comes closest, except for the secondary cit. I'm
thinking it should read "Wollard, Ashcraft and Laurent"
