Subject: [GENBOX] More than 2 authors

I'm trying to figure out how to get the correct formatting if you have more
than 2 authors for a book chapter. I'm using the Book Chapter or Part
source template with the higher source being the actual book, and I've
finally just ended up using the name of the main author of the book as an
editor, who was actually one of the three authors of this particular
chapter. Is there a special trick to entering in authors if you have more
than 2?
Of course, it could be that because I can't locate my copy of Chicago
Manual, what I'm getting might actually be right, just looks wrong to
me. So if anyone has a copy of the Chicago Manual, and can actually lay
their hands on it <g>, what should be the layout if you have the following
three authors of a book chapter:
John Smith, Jane Doe and Harry Jones
Thanks
