Hi Linda,
On a chart, a box for an individual with two spouses may be shown with the
second spouse name first, when only the first spouse had children. This
allows the children to be connected directly to the individual's box, with
no confusion about which spouse is the parent: the last named spouse in a
box is the parent of any children connected below. Is this what you are
seeing?
