Sally - When I make lists of people I want to find in a census, I use the
Saved List feature. Then I can delete each person off the list as I find
him/her. I keep a running list in my Projects as to what census work I did,
such as

KS Wyandotte 1930
MO Jackson 1910

etc. I use the 2-letter state abbreviation, followed by the county name,
followed by the year. Then I know what Saved List I made, worked my way
through, and subsequently completed. The active Saved Lists are ones that I
need to do, while Projects represents the completed ones.

I haven't tried linking a Research Project to an Event or Correspondence. I
am going to have to figure that one out.

Hi Cheri,
I'm doing much the same thing, only I'm using Projects to make a list of
questions I want to ask a specific person or organisation. I can link these
to a Research Target for an Individual's Event and to Correspondence.
I also use Projects to make lists of people to find in different Census,
BMDs to lookup in the indexes and certificates that I want to order. I even
have one labelled Genbox which includes my wish list and anything else I
might want to comment on <g>
Very useful.
