It says Limited Evaluation on it. I just downloaded and installed it
yesterday. If I click on "Register Later" and go to "Import", I get the
Limited Evaluation window with buttons for QUIT or CONTINUE. Pressing
Continue does nothing (even if I'm online), pressing quit closes the window
but I still get the same window when I try to import. Just browsing the
tabs, when I select the parents tab, I also get the same Limited Evaluation
window (can select quit or continue and it will go away). When I select the
Family tab, the Limited Evaluation window sticks in a loop and I have to use
Alt+Ctrl+Delete.

How shall I proceed?

Hi Sheryl,

Does the registration window say "Limited Evaluation" on it, or does it say
how many days you have left in your full-evaluation period? If it says
"Limited Evaluation", then your initial 30-day full-evaluation period has
expired, which may be due to an installation problem.

Left me know if this is the problem, then I can send you a temporary license
good for another 30-day evaluation period.
