Hi Jim

In that case I suppose you enter "Other" for Sex. The Genderchange can then
be used to for instance male when the parents decided to raise the child as
a boy (defining event: issuing of the birhtcertificate). When the child
later decides to indentify herself as female then a second Genderchange
could be used (defining event: note on the birthcertificate).
