For performance reasons, Genbox stores a few subqueries in the database. The
"Check Structure" routine includes a check on these subqueries, doing a text
comparison. When a query doesn't match, the error message you described
appears; on repair, the correct query definition is stored to the database.
But there is a quirk in the way queries are stored; the Jet database engine
sometimes reorganizes the SQL clauses in an apparently random way. So while
the resulting SQL statement is equivalent, a text comparison to the original
will fail.
So for now, you can safely ignore this error message. I'll try to find a
better way to validate queries for the next release.
