Wim - I am *extremely* proficient in Word, but it never occurred to me to
see if "keep with next" was an option. I also expected to see each name &
associated items in a separate row/column/cell. What you may consider is to
have Word convert table to text and back. That should get you with a
separate row for each item provided the right separator mark is selected.

Are your 8 "out of the blue" people on a Bookmarks List? I get my Bookmarks
plus any other Saved Lists. Since I am working with several saved lists as
I do research lookups and cleanup tasks running the Problem Solver to a
report isn't very useful to me as it requires way too much cleanup in Word
because of these other lists.

Hi CheriC,

I didn't have any saved Lists at that time. I have created one and as
expected
these names did also show on the report. First I have 8 names that seem to
come out of the blue (have no clue where they come from), then the Potential
Problems and after that the entries for the saved list. They are grouped
together so I could edit them out in Word.

In Word I saw that the entire content of the list is in just a few
table-cells
(I hoped to find every entry in it's own cell but alas). When viewed in
""Page-View" there is indeed just one page (on page two), when viewed in
"Normal-View" you see the entire content. This means this cell is set to
keep
the content together.
In Word, put the cursor in the cell with the content: right-click and select
"table-properties", go to the "Row-tab" and under options tick the box
"continue row eventually on a new page". I have Word 2000 in Dutch so I
think
the wording etc. is different.

I have not been able sort the report in GB to something else, it is sorted
at
last name. Bill needs to take a look at that too.

Genbox also crashed at my place when I tried to copy the entire selection.
