I want to add a research task for someone's death event. In am on the Event
page. I thought if I clicked on the little bullseye looking icon on the
right-hand side just below the witenss box that it would let me add a
research task. It is greyed out and is inactive. So, what gives? And how
can I add the task. If the little button is supposed to work, I want it to.
