Subject: [GENBOX] [BUG] Place name parsing is very unintuitive

This is actually a collection of problems related to place name parsing.

1. Autocomplete appears to be case sensitive, at least for the first
term. It doesn't make sense to me to have it be case sensitive.

"N" returns "Nashua, Hillsborough, New Hampshire"
"n" returns "n"

2. Autocomplete is very messy. It doesn't clean up when it changes its
mind about a completion leaving unreadable overstruck text in the field.
This happens in all kinds of fields, not just Place names and it drives
me nuts, so I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it

"New" returns "Nashua, Hillsborough, New Hampshire" overstruck with "ew"
in the 2nd & 3rd positions

3. Place parsing apparently silently ignores unknown terms. This is
very bad form for a program to ignore user input without providing any
feedback.

"nashua, hillsborough, new hampshire" returns "nashua, Hillsborough, New
Hampshire" and appears to match "*, Hillsborough, New Hampshire" in a
search. (it seems strange that the second and third terms aren't case
sensitive while the first is)

4. Autocomplete will return results different than it is displaying

"nashua, hi" shows "nashua, Hillsborough, New Hampshire" but returns
"nashua, HI" if you hit Tab at this point.

5. Place parsing should change the capitalization for names imported
through GEDCOM. I've got all kinds of things like Nh State Library and
Www.Njstatelib.Org in my place database. Captilization should be left
alone!
