Hi Cheri,

The problem with "Grand River Township, Twp. 45, Range 32" is that there are
two commas in it. If the commas were left out, or if it was rewritten as
"Grand River Township (Twp. 45 Range 32)", it would work as a single piece
on any level. But the only level that is allowed to have embedded commas is
the Local Site level.
