> 2. On the source screen if you go to formating the second citation tends
to print titles that have proper names at the beginning as surname, first
name, rest of title and in italics with first letters capitalized. For
example "Walker, Iva L. Obituary" as opposed to "Iva L. Walker obituary" or
"Rhoton, Elisha Family Bible" instead of "Elisha Rhoton Family Bible." This
appears to happen most often when the template is NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
(unidentified) and BIBLE. By the way all the citations I'm having problems
with have the proper source template associated with them and the
information entered correctly.

What source field contains this data--is is the Author field? Genbox will
show surname first for authors in the Bibliography, as it should. It will
also shorten authors to surname in the secondary citation. It sounds like
your problem is that imported data is ending up in the author field instead
of the title field.
