Mariana - Go to View>Lists>Individuals. Then click on the header "Name"
when the popup opens. You can toggle between reverse alpha sort or alpha
sort. Likewise, clicking on the header "ID" number toggles between
ascending & descending.

I can't answer your last question. CheriC

Subject: [GENBOX] Individual list question

More questions....

Is there any way to sort the individual list by surname alpha order rather
than ID number.......scrolling through a large data base for one name is a
little much.

I have also found on the individual list some surnames have a number
superimposed over the first letter of the surname. What does this indicate?

Thanks,
Mariana
