I'm curious. I'd love to see the photo. I wonder what year it was
taken. Perhaps the name BEGLEY will show up in the census in Monroe.

I love a good mystery---but I'm having trouble with this one. I bought

this photo from an antique shop in Monroe, Michigan. I'm trying to
find out who the lady is that's in the photo and hopefully return it to
family members.

Here's whats written on the back...some very good clues!, but I'm
stumped! I've checked ancestry for so many possible things, but no such

luck.

----Just to let you know I am not dead. taken at Leys Mengels across
from Walkers mill. You can see Begleys house away back- see Mauds
shadow on my coat.
