SAINT LOUIS SILHOUETTES, Historical Fact and Hitherto Unrecorded Vignettes,
(c)1977 Harry M. Hagen. Watercolors of many old landmarks by Marilynne
Bradley. She is a direct descendant of Madame Chouteau and Pierre Laclede
and the widow of Louis Lannan Benoist, whose grandfather Louis A. Benoist
was the most prominent man in upper and lower Mississippi valleys in the
1850s and 1860s. Her father:Dr. Elsworth Striker Smith, Mother:Grace Platt,
259 pages, dust jacket has some wear, $18.+ $3 postage.
