Yes, this Jacob is the third Jacob, son of Jacob who came in 1806. Phoebe who married Andrew McElroy and then John Mobley was the daughter of the Jacob who came in 1806. The Phoebe that was one of the original members of Beaverdam Church wouldn't have been the same Phoebe because of her age in 1800. I believe this may have been a daughter of the first Jacob, sister of the second since the name is repeated in Jacob's daughter, but cannot prove that.
