The Amos Jordan born in 1854 in Marion Co. Ga was my gggreat-grandfather. We can not find any info on his father. The census records say there was an Amos Jordan on the 1860 census for Marion Co with him born in 1838. James Jordan was his father and was 80 at the time. We do not know how they intertwine together. If you have any info on this let me know. If this is the same Amos Jordan, I have lots of info on his line.
