Hi Lyn,
My ggmother Rosina Grace GALLAGHER, was born in County Donegal circa 1869. Her parents were Edward Gallagher, farmer, and Sarah McHugh. Rosina immigrated to Australia ?, and married in Carlton, Vic., Jan. 5th 1889, a Robert SHARP, from Shetland. They had 4 children, Robina Eleanor, Robert James, Sara Grace and David. Robina Eleanor married in Redfern in 1912, and Robert James, my gfather, married in Port Adelaide, S.A. Both Sara and David died in infancy
Robina was born Port Melbourne and the other 3 children were born South Melbourne.
Could we possibly have a link?
