Hi Ed: since replying to your post of 2006 I have found gggrandparents, John & Bridget Gallagher living in Ashland on the census of 1860. Emigrated around 1848 from Co Donegal.Dates don't add up too well. They were the parents of Daniel b.1843-1844 in Ireland. Was my husbands' ggramdfather; married Margaret Cannon and children were John, Joseph, Bernard, Daniel and James. Lost track of John & Bridget after 1860.
