I think there is a good possibility that Neil Gallagher's full given name is Cornelius, but the only reference I have is on Michael's death certificate, which gives his father's name as Neil.
Do you have a Neil/Cornelius Gallagher who was from Pittsburgh or Butler and Armstrong Counties who lived there in the early to mid 1800s? Specifically do you have a Neil/Cornelius Gallagher who had a son named Michael?
