Well my Thomas Gallagher was one of 18 children, he became a U.S. Citizen on Oct. 12, l896 and his brother James became a U.S. Citizen on Oct. 13, l896 my grandma Ellen (Gallagher) Higgins came over in l899 she also had a sister Margaret (Gallagher) who married a Tom Gallagher, also a sister named Anne (Gallagher) Ratigan we believe that she also had a sister Kate (Gallagher) and John Gallagher who also came over to the U.S. Margaret (Maggie) who married Tom Gallagher had 4 children a daughter named Maraget who married a Hackett, and 3 sons named Thomas, William and James. Does any of this sound familiar?
