Looking for a man's name who is the real father of "Charles Melton Bland". His mother name was Lillian J. Eley. His stepfather name was Frank Eley. Lillan was from south ga.
If you have any idea of who Charles's real father is please let me know. Charles also married Betty Sue Usry in 1949 (not real sure about what year) They had 9 children.
