According to Franklin Garrett Atlanta Necrology he cites details for ID#
29360 in regard to one James C. Cooper died July 1895. Further the data
lists a obituary abstract in microfilm roll 011 in frame 465.

It would be very interesting to learn which James C. Cooper this might be
considering Mr. Garrett lists the county as "other".

Anyone privy to this information will be greatly appreciated.
