I remember talking with someone about Williamson/MILLER connection it must
have been you.
Anything you send me will be appreciated on these families. I don't know
much about Nathaniel's descendants. Many folks have it mixed up somewhat.
they get confused with Nathaniel and his son Nathaniel. the son lived on
until 1836 and was a magistrate in maybe Screven co when he died. N. Sr.
died 1790.

Priscilla to her and the heirs of her body forever.
Item; I give and bequeath to my daughter Betty the first surviving child
born of the negro wenches in my wife's part. After my daughter Betty has her
part the other children may be distributedamong my 3 daughters and my son
Ben. And in case of the demise of either of my daughters Emily or Betty
before they come of age of maturity the surviving daughter shall have the
other's part to her and her heirs forever.

Will of Benjamin Williamson
St. George's Parish, Province of GA

In the name of God, Amen.
I Benjamin Williamson of the Parish of St. George being through the abundant
mercy and goodness of God, though weak in body, yet of sound and perfect
understanding and memory do constitute this my Last Will and Testament. I
desire it may be received as such by all concerned.
First I most humbly bequeath my soul to God my Maker beseaching his most
gracious acceptance therof through the sacrifices and merits of my most
compassionate Saviour Jesus christ.
I am leaving my body to be interred in the ground to the discretion of my
loving wife Lucy.
To my eldest son robert I will and bequeath a tract or parcel of land
containing 660 acres including 150 acres that Sarah Williams made me title
to known as the MILLERs place to him and his heirs forever.
To my son George I will and bequeath 660 acres of land adjoining the land
left by me to my son Robert and to have 40 acres above the upper landing on
the old River to him and his heirs forever.
And to my youngest son Benjamin I will and bequeath the plantation that I
now live on containing 660 acres adjoining his brother George to him and his
heirs forever.
The tract or tracts containing 2000 acres all lying in a body joining each
other I devise and will that if my son Ben dies before he comes of age the
land hereby left to him may be equally left between or to the surviving son
of my 2 oldest sons Robert and George. Likewise the negroes hereinafter left
to him or bequeathed may be equally divided among all my children without
exception.
I also will and bequeath to my loving wife Lucy the following negroes for
her support during the time she remains a widow or to pay for the expenses
of my younger children's education;Gilbert, Frank, Milew, Isom to her sole
and only use during the time mentioned and afterward to be disposed of as

Item; to my grandson Matthew MILLER I give and bequeath 3 each 2 year old
heifers of the stock remaining. Household furniture to my 3 youngest
children to remain in my wife's possession till they come of age.
And lastly I appoint my dear and loving wife and my sons Robert and George
sole Executors of this written paper as my Last Will and Testament to which
I have affixed my hand and seal this 8th day of September, in the year of
our Lord 1774, signed and sealed in said above mentioned Parish of St.
George's in the Province of Georgia as described my hand the above mentioned
date.
