For some who might not know about the book "Gone To Georgia" . It was a
very valuable research by William C. Stewart (completed in 1965) of very
early settlers of Jackson and Gwinnett Counties & their neighbors with
only a major family index but none of the many families who intermarried
with these major families were mentioned in this type of index (which
amounted to over 25,000 names).

I have some pages copied for my own use of another publication that does
give the whole index of names (25,239) and also gives a (#) is a name is
included on more than one page . This gives the surnames & given names.

I do not remember the title of booklet when I made my few copies but I
do have that Alvin L. & Dianne Davidson of Florida cmpiled the gull name
index.

Does anyone have this publication??
