- and can agree with you, there are no files there BUT ...

That is not absolutely true, because you appear to have placed and
index.html file there which has nothing more than <.title>WARWICK
GENEALOGY</title> in it.

The basic HTML - hyper text mark-up language is just that, a platform into
which you place information that you wish to appear on your page. The
<.title> tag only contains a page reference name, but if in the <.body>
section of the page you were to place -
<center>
<h1>WARWICK GENEALOGY<//h1>
</center>

then that would appear at the top center of the page.

Should you need further help there are plenty of learning references
available from persons on this list.
