Sorry : I made again a mistake in the address : www.agawe-genealogie.com (not genealogy).
I had a look in the books of Lobsann published by the circle AGAWE. Michel Seitz was born 26 AUG 1820 to Leonard Seitz, weaver, and Madeleine Bittermann. No marriage record and no death record in Lobsann to Michel Seitz. That means that he left the village.
He had a brother Franois Joseph (sometimes called Joseph) born in 1806, a sister Catherine born in 1808 and another brother Georges born in 1815.Leonard Seitz was the son of Andr Seitz (Andreas in german, Andrew in english) and Catherine Meyer.Your Michael Seitz had children with these first names, especially Andreas and Joseph.
I have noted other informations abt this line.

There were also other SEITZ in Lobsann ; I presently don't know if all are related or not.

On the CD 1836 census of arrondissment Wissembourg (North Alsace), there are 2 Georges SEITZ born abt 1833 or 1834. Both were born in Lobsann. One is the son of Georges Seitz 28 and Barbe Schutz 26. The other is the son of Joseph Seitz 30 and Catherine Kern 26. It would be interesting to see if somebody left the village.
May be the Georges SEITZ who married Catherine Schlosser came from another village. I don't know if the surname SEITZ exist in the area of Soufflenheim (this village is more in the south to the area of Wissembourg and not on the CD 1836 census).
