My greatgrandparents were Robert and Clara Frances SCHNEIDER of Savannah, GA. Robert was a jeweler and keeper of the Savannah city clocks. They lived on Lincoln Street in Savannah. Robert was born 1849 in Zwickau, Sachen, Germany and died 1929 in Savannah, GA and is buried in Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah. He left a will.
Their children were (1)Robert "Robbie" SCHNEIDER married Martha MOORE and had several children and also, not married to Marion Josephine "Mary" Stiles and had a son Louis Veston. (2) Mamie Marie SCHNEIDER never married. (3) John G. SCHNEIDER married Lilian. (4) Francis L. SCHNEIDER married C. C. BAKER. (5) Alma Louise SCHNEIDER married 1. HURTT, married 2. Allen Lewis RODDENBERRY.
I would like to contact anyone with information on this family.
