One of the file types allowed to be uploaded here on the boards is a GEDCOM, along with other text files, and jpegs. So you can extract the Cerf branch and upload that right here. Click "Attach a File" and follow the directions.

For best use of that, be sure to enter the important surnames in the Surname indexing line, and perhaps mention them in the body of your post too.
