Locena Foote and Josiah1 Wilkins's seven children who survived to maturity

The family's 1834/35 migration to MI was probably to Lenawee co because of
the adoption of Locena Foote by a "Norman W Hodges" that is part of my
aunt's pre-1950 notes. A Hodges couple, Hope b 03.24.1820 and his wife
Elizabeth J Allen Hodges b 12.25.1825 Columbia co, NY, both of whom died
1890s, and are bur Linnwood cemetery, Linn co, Iowa with Josiah and Locena.

This Hope Hodges was gen 6 of the Charles1 Hodge b 1665 family. In gen 4,
Isaac4 Hodges mar 2) Anna B Cary 1778, Washington co, NY; she b Mar 07 1761;
d Jan 01, 1851 in Michigan. Seven children born to Isaac4 and Anna. Two
sons, Nathaniel and Zebedee, went to Lenawee co MI abt 1850, 1853. A sister
Mary mar Linus Foote b abt 1810, Johnstown, Fulton, NY; his parents were
Lyman Foote and Sarah Hodge.

Isaac5 Hodges b 1786; d 10.26.1869, Wayne co NY; mar Rachel [Welch]: 3
children: Samuel6 b 1815; Hope6 b 1820; John Wesley6 b 1829. Of the Isaac5
Hodges family, all but Hope6 are bur Ontario Village cemetery, Ontario,
Wayne, NY.

I found a listing "Delaware co NY cemeteries no longer in use" on Rootsweb
today, the Episcopal Church cemetery in the Town of Stamford" has 11 Footes.
I'm going to type it up and post this evening. Hope it will help someone.
