Hi

I am Helen Florence, James Florence was my great grandfather, married to Ellen Adelaide Moore, their son Harry married Elizabeth Jane Higins, Charters Towers and lived on a diary farm, Harry and Elizabeth had 4 sons, John William, Robert James and Roy. all are deceased, Robert James was my father, I have only just begun to research the family on both sides. The property still exists in Charters Towers, not owned by the Florence family. There are still Florence family living in Charters Towers, and John Florence had a son who is still living in.. Charters Towers. Would like to hear from you.
