Ancestry and Familysearch both indicate that they will index, but it sounds
like they only get access in April to start that process.

Just heard that the U.S. National Archives is releasing it with no INDEX.
It can be browsed. I don't know if others, like Ancestry.com, are working
on indexing. I certainly hope so. Shirley
